Meet Ali! Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at just 15, she once thought staying active was impossible. Yet, she discovered the joy and importance of movement for us Spoonies with autoimmune conditions. This revelation motivated her to become a Personal Trainer, where she is dedicated to helping others move joyfully and safely—demonstrating that our challenges don’t define who we are.
